To broaden our development vision and learn advanced experience, Hebei Jiuzhu organized its core team to visit Hongguang Handan Cast Foundry Co., Ltd., a local benchmark enterprise, on August 29, 2025. Themed "Benchmarking Learning & Jointly Exploring Growth", this exchange activity allowed the team to closely experience the development vitality and management wisdom of an outstanding enterprise.

Upon arrival, warmly received by the Chairman of Hongguang Handan Cast Foundry Co., Ltd., the team first visited the product exhibition hall, where rows of painted manhole covers engraved with Handan idiom stories came into sight. Today, walking on the streets of Jize County, Handan City, Hebei Province, you may be attracted by the painted idiom-themed cultural manhole covers under your feet. These art-like manhole covers not only beautify the city but also enrich its cultural atmosphere.

A relevant person in charge of Hongguang Foundry also introduced the intelligent manhole covers, which are not only visually appealing but also highly intelligent. If anyone moves the manhole cover without permission, the system will automatically sound an alarm, and the management platform screen clearly displays key information including the manhole cover number, tilt angle, and real-time location.

Afterwards, the team visited the production workshops and product laboratories in sequence. The clean and orderly working environment and intelligent production lines have completely abandoned the "dirty, messy and poor" conditions of traditional foundry workshops. From the standardized procedures of casting cleaning to the strict standards of quality inspection, Hongguang Foundry has provided a concrete model for us to learn about the efficiency and standardization of foundry production. The visit enabled us to directly perceive the company’s profound accumulation in lean production and technological R&D in the foundry industry.

This visit has not only enabled us to learn the advanced experience of Hongguang Handan Cast Foundry Co., Ltd. in the foundry sector, but also encouraged team members to step out of their "daily work routines" and reflect on their own shortcomings from a more macro perspective.
